This QDB/Website was coded on 13.1. and 15.1. 2014 in like 20 hours (= expect inconsistencies like a mix of english and german) by someone, because the other open source implementations (e.g. rash) were broken with PostgreSQL and buggy anyway.
It will become open source one day. Currently there are too many unfinished parts, like no/partial user/quotemanagement. (pgadmin to the rescue!)
